This MOSFET offers logic-level compatibility and features side-wettable flanks for optical solder inspection. The BUK6Q8R2-30PJ MOSFET is offered in a thermally efficient package in a small form factor (3.3mm x 3.3mm footprint). This MOSFET is AEC-Q101 qualified and suitable for automotive applications. The BUK6Q8R2-30PJ MOSFET is ideal for reverse polarity protection, high-speed line drivers, high-side load switches, and relay drivers.
