STMicroelectronics EVLGANSPIN2-3PH Motor Control Reference Design is a three-phase inverter based on the GANSPIN612 half-bridge GaN system-in-package (integrating 270mΩ 650V e-mode HEMT GaN and the gate driver with LDOs, bootstrap diode, overcurrent protection) and the STM32G431RB with Arm^® Cortex^®-M4 MCU at 170MHz with 128Kbytes of Flash memory, and a Math Accelerator.
