CHA Automotive Thin Film Chip Resistors

Vishay  CHA Automotive Thin Film Chip Resistors are AEC-Q200-certified and offer an operating frequency rating of 70GHz. These thin film microwave resistors feature miniaturised components that are designed in such a way that their internal reactance is small. When correctly mounted and utilised, these components function as almost pure resistors over a large frequency range. CHA series resistors have a flip-chip, wrap-around, or single-face termination. Vishay  CHA Automotive Thin Film Chip Resistors are suitable for 5G base stations, drones, and automotive advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) applications.
