NJU7386 Single H-bridge Driver

Nisshinbo NJU7386 Single H-bridge Driver features low voltage operation and low ON resistance. This driver employs a control method with two logic Inputs (2-IN) that includes the standby mode. The NJU7386 driver offers low quiescent current, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), over-current protection (OCP), and thermal shutdown (TSD) protection circuits. This driver comes in an MSOP8 package with 2.9mm x 4mm x 1mm dimensions. Typical applications include portable devices, haptic devices, consumer devices, driving for DC motors, piezoelectric elements, and latching solenoids and relays.
