AVHT High-Temperature Automotive-Grade Varistors

Bourns AVHT High-Temperature Automotive-Grade Varistors offer a wide range of current- and energy-handling capabilities for high-temperature environments. These multilayered varistors are transient suppressors with temperature-independent suppression characteristics, providing protection from -55°C to +150°C. The devices feature 12V, 24V, and 42V supply voltages with a low 40V to 110V clamping voltage range and <2ns response time. Bourns AVHT High-Temperature Automotive-Grade Varistors use significantly less space and pad area than silicon TVS diodes, offering greater circuit board layout flexibility. Available sizes include 0805, 1206, 1210, 1812, and 2220.
