MLX92214 3-Wire Hall Latch & Switch

Melexis MLX92214 3-wire Hall Latch and Switch offers a 2.5V to 5.5V low voltage supply, 2.1mA power switch, and ESD capability 6kV. The MLX92214 series features a robust design, standard lateral sensing, and a dual die, micropower, and programmable construction. These latches and switches come in three types of packages: through-hole, surface mount, and chip size. Melexis MLX92214 3-wire Hall Latch and Switches are ideal for server fans, power tools, and BLDC motor commutation applications.
