3600W Auto-Grade TVS Diodes

Micro Commercial Components (MCC)  3600W Auto-Grade TVS Diodes are optimised for effective load dump suppression and are ideal solutions for a wide range of automotive electronics. These diodes are designed for enhanced thermal performance and compact integration. The 3600W auto-grade TVS diodes feature low leakage current, glass passivated junction, and excellent clamping capability. These diodes provide ESD protection of data lines in accordance with IEC 61000-4-2,  ±30kV(air), and ±30kV (contact).
