AH4931Q Automotive 3D Magnetic Linear Hall Sensor

Diodes Incorporated AH4931Q Automotive 3D Magnetic Linear Hall Sensor IC for the three orthogonal components of the flux density applied to the IC. The on-chip integrated temperature sensor data is available for system operations such as junction temperature indication and temperature compensation of magnetic field measurements. A precision analog signal path, along with an integrated ADC, digitizes the measured analog magnetic field values and enables the Diodes Inc AH4931Q with the correct magnetic circuit to decode the absolute position of any moving magnet. With magnetic field detection in x, y, and z-directions, the AH4931Q sensor reliably gauges three-dimensional, linear, and rotational movements.
