SOLARLOK® Panel-Mount Connectors

TE Connectivity's (TE) SOLARLOK® Panel-Mount Connectors provide a panel-mount option to the SOLARLOK product line and meet the design requirements of the photovoltaic industry. These connectors provide IP67 protection when mated. Designed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, TE SOLARLOK connectors offer current carrying capabilities up to 25A with a voltage of 1000VDC and a typical contact resistance of ≤5mΩ.

SOLARLOK Cable Coupler

TE Connectivity's (TE) SOLARLOK® Cable Coupler provides simple, fast, and reliable connections between solar modules with various insulation diameters to DC/AC converters. This male coupler is designed for use in high-voltage, high-current, and high-temperature environments. TE SOLARLOK Cable Coupler ensures mating safety via polarity-keyed housings with multiple plugging and unplugging cycles. The squeeze-to-release connections complement the robust product specifications.

SOLARLOK Interconnection System

TE Connectivity's (TE) SOLARLOK® Connector System provides simple, fast, and reliable connections from photovoltaic modules with different insulation diameters to DC/AC converters. The system features environmentally friendly technology to deliver a flexible system solution. The male and female cable couplers are designed for high voltages, high currents, and high temperatures. Mating safety is provided by polarity-keyed housings with multiple plugging and unplugging cycles. The squeeze-to-release connections complement robust product requirements. TE SOLARLOK Connector System is based on cost-effective yet reliable processing of individual interconnection system components. This can significantly reduce the installation cost of a solar energy system.
