LTM4630/A Dual/Single DC/DC μModule Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. LTM4630/A Dual 18A or Single 36A DC/DC μModule Regulators have a high-efficiency design that operates from a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 15V. The LTM4630/A output voltage range is supported by two outputs that deliver 18A continuous current each, individually set by a single external resistor. A small number of input and output capacitors are needed for the regulators. The LTM4630/A features an onboard temperature diode for device temperature monitoring, Burst Mode^®, multiphase operation, frequency synchronization, and overvoltage/overcurrent protection. These DC/DC Analog Devices μModule regulators enable a very fast transient response to line and load changes by the high switching frequency and a current mode architecture, without sacrificing stability.
