QPM6000EVB Evaluation Board

Qorvo QPM6000EVB Evaluation Board is a demonstration and development platform for the QPM6000 Limiter/Low Noise Amplifier (LNA). The QOM6000 delivers 23dBm small-signal gain with 18dBm P1dB power and a low noise figure of 1.6dB across the 8GHz to 14GHz frequency range. The device also provides a robustness level of up to 20W of incident power for continuous wave and 40W for pulse applications without performance degradation. With both ports matched to 50Ω, the QPM6000 is ideally suited to support commercial and defense-related applications where robust receiver front ends are required.
