These qualified automotive ICs are geared toward various applications, including power windows, sunroofs, wipers, and seat belt tensioners. Features include built-in overcurrent protection, overcurrent detection, charge pump, and thermal shut-down. These automotive motor actuator drivers are AEC-Q100 qualified.
