Texas Instruments SN74LVC1G16/SN74LVC1G16-Q1 Inverting Buffers offer a Schmitt-Trigger input and an open-drain output. These buffers operate at a voltage range of 1.65V to 5.5V with 5.5V-tolerant input pins. The SN74LVC1G16 inverting buffer supports standard pinouts and exceeds the latch-up performance of 100mA per JESD 17.
