XDPL8221 Digital PFC+Flyback Controller

Infineon Technologies XDPL8221 Digital PFC+Flyback Controller is a highly integrated LED Driver IC combining quasi-resonant PFC (Power Factor Correction) with a quasi-resonant Flyback Controller with primary side regulation. The integration of PFC and FB into a single device enables reduction of external parts and optimizes performance by harmonized operation of the two stages. The XDPL8221 also features a Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter (UART) command interface, allowing direct communication with external microcontrollers, wireless interfaces, or sensors.
