LD49100 Automotive Regulators

STMicroelectronics LD49100 Automotive Regulators provide 1A maximum current with an input voltage range from 1.5V to 5.5V and a typical dropout voltage of 200mV. The LD49100 has ceramic capacitors on the input and output, offering stability. The LD49100 Automotive Regulators feature ultra low-dropout voltage, low quiescent current, and low-noise, making it ideal for a wide range of automotive applications.
