MHP-TAT18 Metal Hybrid PPTC Devices

Littelfuse MMHP-TAT18 Metal Hybrid PPTC Devices are resettable PPTCs, offering a 9VDC rating and a higher current rating than a typical MHP-TAM device. These current and voltage rating features help meet the battery safety requirements of Lithium Polymer (LiP) and prismatic batteries found in gaming PCs and ultra-book products. Littelfuse MHP-TAT18 helps to provide resettable overtemperature protection while utilizing the PPTC device to act as a heater and keep the bimetal latched until the fault is removed.
