Vishay VS-40TPS12 40A Phase Control SCR is a silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) that is specifically designed for medium power switching and phase control applications. These devices offer a 1200V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (V_RRM) with a 35A maximum average on-state current (I_T(AV)).
