RZ/A Series Embedded Arm Microprocessors

Renesas RZ/A Series Embedded Arm® Microprocessors combine high performance and ease of use with high graphic capabilities. The RZ/A Series enables solutions required for the future with proprietary technologies and the Arm ecosystem. Supporting faster graphics, digital audio signal processing, and device control, the device uses a high-bandwidth parallel 128-bit memory data bus, delivering superior memory throughput. A single RZ/A Series MPU accommodates a complete software stack of libraries, an operating system, application code, and a graphics frame buffer. With increased performance of 1000DMIPS at 400MHz and 6x throughput of 333MHz 16-bit DDR2, the RZ/A MPUs are an ideal solution for various applications.
