Silicon Carbide Schottky Rectifiers

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky Rectifiers feature zero reverse recovery current and positive temperature coefficient. These rectifiers are temperature-independent and operate at -55°C to +175°C temperature range. The MCC SiC Schottky rectifiers also offer no switching loss, higher efficiency, reduced EMI, and reduced heat sink requirements. Typical applications include switching power supply, power factor correction, and solar inverter.
