Renesas / Intersil ISL91107IRA-EVZ and ISL9120IRN-EVZ voltage regulator evaluation boards grant fast evaluation of the high-performance features of the ISL91107IR. The ISL91107IR is a high-current buck-boost regulator, for systems using new battery chemistries. The ISL91107IRA-EVZ and ISL9120IRN-EVZ boards have an input voltage rating of 1.8V to 5.5V. The ISL91107IRA-EVZ has resistor programmable output voltage and the ISL9120IRN-EVZ has a fixed 3.3V output voltage. Both the ISL91107IRA-EVZ and ISL9120IRN-EVZ have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Renesas ISL9237EVAL2Z Buck-Boost charger evaluation board is designed to demonstrate the performance of ISL9237. The ISL9237EVAL2Z evaluates the ISL9237, a buck-boost narrow output voltage DC charger, utilizing Intersil's advanced R3™ technology. The ISL9237EVAL2Z has an input voltage of 3.8V to 24V and an output voltage of 2.5V to 12.6V.
