XBT-3535 UVB/UVC Surface Mount LEDs

Luminus Devices XBT-3535 UVB/UVC Surface-Mount LEDs feature an integrated chip-on-board design for easy system integration and optimum cooling. Boasting multiple wavelength options (including 265nm, 275nm, 285nm, 308nm, and 340nm), these LEDs are specifically tailored for air, water, and surface disinfection applications. A lower-power, cost-effective Mini version is also available in 275nm with a power output of 20mW at 150mA. In the UVB range, the XBT-3535 series introduces two options: 285nm and 308nm. The 285nm variant, designed for horticulture and analytical instruments, offers performance exceeding 85mW at 500mA. The 308nm variant, available in the Mini version, provides a cost-effective solution for phototherapy and horticulture, delivering a power output of more than 30mW at 150mA. Typical applications include phototherapy, analytical instruments, UV curing, and solar panel testers.
