30A 600V FRED Pt® Hyperfast Rectifiers

Vishay 30A 600V FRED Pt® Hyperfast Rectifiers feature an optimized performance of forward voltage drop, hyperfast soft recovery time, and low leakage current. The planar structure and the platinum-doped lifetime control guarantee high performance, ruggedness, and reliability. The optimized stored charge and low recovery current of these devices minimize switching losses and reduce over-dissipation in the switching element and snubbers. These devices are ideal for use in the PFC boost stage in the AC-DC section of switched-mode power supplies and inverters.
