SanRex TG Series Tab Terminal Triac Devices are designed for high-power full-wave AC control applications. The TG Series Triacs feature a repetitive peak off-state voltage (V_DRM) of 400V or 600V and an on-state current (I_T(RMS)) rating of up to 70A. These devices can be used for On/Off functions or phase control operations. Typical applications include phase control and solid-state switching, heating and lighting controls, and battery chargers.
