TEA175x GreenChip III SMPS Controller ICs

NXP Semiconductors TEA175x GreenChip III SMPS Controller ICs combines a controller for Power Factor Correction (PFC) and a flyback controller. The TEA175x has a high level of integration which allows for a cost-effective power supply design with a low number of external components. The special green functions of the TEA175x provide high efficiency at all power levels. This applies to quasi-resonant operation at high-power levels, quasi-resonant operation with valley skipping, as well as reduced frequency operation at lower power levels. At low-power levels, the PFC switches off to maintain high efficiency.
