0603 Surface-Mount Diode LEDs

Lumex 0603 Surface-Mount Diode LEDs feature a narrow viewing angle that increases intensity. These LEDs are more than 10 times more intense than traditional 0603 versions. The red LED wavelength and color temperature is 630 nanometers, the yellow is 585nm, the green 520nm, and the blue 470nm. Lumex 0603 Surface-Mount Diode LEDs run on low current with operating temperatures of -40°C to +85°C. These LEDs are ideal for portable medical diagnostics, routers, switches, indication lighting, backlight, and illumination.
