Littelfuse SMCLCE-HR/HRA Surface Mount TVS Diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning. These diodes feature 1500W peak pulse power dissipation, low incremental surge resistance, fast response and excellent clamping capability. The SMCLCE-HR/HRA diodes operate within the -65°C to 150°C temperature range and are available in low-profile packages. These diodes are halogen-free and RoHS-compliant. The SMCLCE-HR/HRA diodes are ideal for protecting I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and vulnerable circuits used in high-reliability applications.
