9005 EMI Reduction Oscillators

SiTime 9005 EMI Reduction Oscillators start up fast (5ms) and remain stable, with total frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm. Available models vary between two different supply voltages (1.8V / 3.3V), output frequencies (37.125MHz or 40MHz), and spread percentages. To reduce electromagnetic interference, users can program the oscillators' rise/fall time (eight settings) from 0.25 to 40ns. 9005 series oscillators from SiTime measure 3.2mm long, 2.5mm wide, 0.75mm high, and can operate in temperatures ranging from -40 to 85°C. The oscillators are designed to suit a number of applications including printers, flat-panel drivers, PCIe, industrial motors, and high-speed flag panel serial link.
