S-82F5B/S-82H5B Battery Monitoring ICs

ABLIC  S-82F5B/S-82H5B Battery Monitoring ICs are designed to monitor the status of 3-serial to 5-serial cell lithium-ion rechargeable batteries. The serial connection of 3-cell to 5-cell is made possible by the short-circuiting between cells. These ICs include high-accuracy voltage detection circuits and delay circuits. The S-82F5B/S-82H5B ICs offer a high withstand voltage of 28V and consume a maximum of 7µA current during operation. These ICs  are Lead-free and operate within the -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
