UltraCMOS® Quad MOSFET Mixers

pSemi UltraCMOS® Quad MOSFET Mixers are broadband, quad Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor (MOSFET) array cores. These integrated receive mixers feature high linearity, image rejection, Local Oscillator (LO) isolation, strong low-frequency performance, monolithic integration, and high reliability. These pSEmi Quad MOSFET Mixers are manufactured using the Peregrine UltraCMOS process, a patented variation of silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology on a sapphire substrate, offering the performance of GaAs with the economy and integration of conventional CMOS.
