Qorvo PAC55712/13 Power Application Controllers^® are optimized for high-speed BLDC motor control. The Qorvo PAC55712/13 controllers combine a 150MHz Arm^® Cortex^®-M4F microcontroller with Active-Semi’s proprietary Multi-Mode Power Manager™, Configurable Analog Front-End™, and Application-Specific Power Drivers™. This compact solution includes 128kB of FLASH memory, 32kB of SRAM, a 2.5MSPS ADC with programmable auto-sampling for up to 24x sequences, 3.3V IO, flexible clock control, PWM/general-purpose timers, and multiple serial communication interfaces.

Intelligent Motor Controllers

Qorvo Intelligent Motor Controllers offer a portfolio of complete, intelligent BLDC/PMSM motor control and drive solutions. The devices provide an assortment of hardware, firmware, and tools for sensored and sensorless applications spanning the industrial and automotive markets.
