These TAIYO YUDEN MLCCs are ideal for the most modern designs in automotive body/chassis, powertrain, safety, and infotainment applications. By using nickel and copper for electrode materials and plating, solderability, and heat resistance characteristics are improved, resulting in greater reliability.

TAIYO YUDEN Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors are designed utilizing innovative materials and thinning sheet technologies. This material technology enables process control at the particle level, increasing the number of layers needed to realize higher capacity while reducing size. The thickness of each layer in the multilayer ceramic capacitor family is only 0.6μm at the slimmest point, and the number of layers reaches 1000 at maximum.
