LTV-0x01 High Speed S08 Photocouplers

LITEON LTV-0x01 High Speed S08 Photocouplers each consist of a high efficiency AlGaAs LED and a high speed optical detector. This LITEON design provides excellent AC and DC isolation between the input and output sides of the optocoupler. In the LTV-0501, the connection for the bias of the photodiode improves the speed over that of a conventional phototransistor coupler by reducing the base-collector capacitances. The output of the optical detector of the LTV-0601 features an open collector Schottky clamped transistor. The enable function allows the optical detector to be strobed. And in the LTV-0701, separate pins for the photodiode and output stage result in TTL compatible saturation voltage and high speed operation. Where desired, the Vcc and Vo terminals may be tied together to achieve conventional photo darlington operation. A base access terminal allows a gain bandwidth adjustment to be made.

100kBd Darlington Output Photocouplers

LITEON 100kBd Darlington Output Photocouplers are high-speed optoelectronic devices designed for applications requiring fast and reliable signal isolation. These photocouplers feature a gallium arsenide infrared LED optically coupled to a high-gain Darlington phototransistor, enabling data transmission rates up to 100kilobaud (kBd). Housed in compact packages, the LITEON 100kBd Darlington output photocouplers offer a high isolation voltage, making them suitable for use in digital communication interfaces, microprocessor input/output isolation, and signal transmission in noisy environments. The Darlington configuration provides enhanced current transfer ratio (CTR) and improved sensitivity, making the photocouplers ideal for low-power control circuits in industrial automation, consumer electronics, and telecommunication systems.
