ECS 1633 Subminiature SMD Clock Oscillators feature +3.3V input voltage, a frequency range of 1.5MHz to 80MHz, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The CMOS components offer a 50PPM frequency stability, a 15pF output load, a 150ns disable delay, and a 10ms startup time. The subminiature oscillators are ideal for high-density applications.
