ComChip SMD Compact ESD Protection Diodes are available in 0402 (SOD-923F) or 0201/DFN0603 package, which are ideal for applications with space constraints. These ESD Suppressor diodes are available in 3.3V, 5.0V, and 12V versions. The 0402 (SOD-923F) packages feature a low leakage current, a response time of less than one nanosecond, and offer uni-directional or bi-directional protection. ComChip SMD Compact ESD Protection Diodes are offered in the 0201/DFN0603 package are ideal for consumers calling for products that are smaller, thinner, and when real estate space is a concern.

Comchip CPDZ Series Surface Mount ESD Protection Diodes

Comchip's CPDZ Series Surface Mount ESD Protection Diodes are ultra small package ESD protection diodes that provide either bi-directional or uni-directional IEC61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection. Features include high component density, low clamping voltage and low leakage. These diodes are available with your choice of 3.3V, 5.0V, and 9.0V reverse standoff voltage ratings.
