This enables developers of set-top boxes, monitors, cable modems, and other AC-operated products to achieve power-efficient designs. The Bourns CD-HD Schottky Bridge Rectifier Diodes offer a forward current of 1A (CD-HD0x) or 2A (CD-HD2x) with a choice of repetitive peak reverse voltages between 40V and 100V.
