Ultrafast Rectifiers

WeEn Semiconductor Ultrafast Rectifiers are designed to have a low forward voltage intended for use as output rectifiers in high-frequency switched-mode power supplies. Thanks to gold doping technology, WeEn Semiconductor ultrafast rectifiers have a very soft recovery which helps to minimize ElectroMagnetic Interference (EMI).
