Apacer Technology Inc. ST250-297 Serial ATA Flash Drives are well-balanced Solid State Disk (SSD) drives with a compact form factor and excellent performance. Featuring a SATA 6Gbps interface, the ST250-297 drives deliver exceptional read/write speed, making them an ideal choice for heavy-loading industrial or server operations. These flash drives are designed with a built-in thermal sensor to keep track of the temperature of the SSD through S.M.A.R.T commands to avoid overheating. The ST250-297 flash drives feature 5V±5% supply voltage, 0°C to 70°C operating temperature range, and are RoHS recast compliant. The ST250-297 flash drives offer various implementations, including wear leveling, power-saving modes, hyper cache technology, flash block management, S.M.A.R.T, TRIM, DataDefenderTM, DataRAIDTM, and SMART Read RefreshTM.
