High Voltage 2-Electrode GDTs

Bourns High Voltage 2-Electrode GDTs include four new series of high voltage Gas Discharge Tubes (GDTs). These GDT series are designed for industrial applications requiring high DC breakdown voltages. The 2-electrode GDT devices are offered with DC breakdown voltages ranging from 800V to 6000V. Bourns High Voltage 2-Electrode GDTs are offered in miniature surface mount, miniature axial, and standard axial leaded packages.
