P-CHANNEL FET

781-2N5116, a P-Channel FET has been discontinued by
Vishay Siliconix and once stock has been depleted, it
will no longer be available.

The closest replacement available is 610-2N5116. This is
the same device but is produced by Central Semiconductor
instead of Vishay Siliconix.

The customer should review the specifications on both
devices before using the replacement in an existing
design.
