pSemi UltraCMOS® RF Switches are HaRP™ technology devices designed for various switching applications, including wireless infrastructure, broadband, and wireless connectivity. pSemi offers a broad portfolio of switch ICs that cover frequency ranges from 0Hz to 60GHz and temperature ranges from -55°C to +125°C. These devices integrate onboard CMOS control logic with a low-voltage CMOS-compatible control interface and typically require no external components. HaRP technology enhancements deliver high linearity and exceptional harmonics performance. This innovative feature of the UltraCMOS process provides performance superior to GaAs with the economy and integration of conventional CMOS.
