Motor Driver ICs

onsemi Motor Driver ICs are ideally suited for a variety of applications. These onsemi motor drivers range from models supporting the actuators in camera phones and digital cameras to models designed for use in office automation products, electrical home appliances, and automotive electrical systems. onsemi motor driver ICs provide small dimensions, low power, and high efficiency.

STK672 2-Phase Stepper Motor Drivers

ON Semiconductor STK672 2-Phase Stepper Motor Drivers are hybrid ICs for use as a unipolar, 2-phase stepper motor driver with PWM current control. These devices use A, AB, B, and BB 2-phase input signals. This is accomplished with a built-in current resistor. The motor current is set by the voltage on the VREF pin. ON Semiconductor STK672 motor drivers offer various protective functions against overcurrent and overheating. Typical applications include multifunction printers, document scanners, auto trading machines, and vending machines.
