onsemi NST856MTWFT PNP Transistors are designed for general-purpose amplifier applications. These transistors are housed in a compact DFN1010-3 package with wettable flanks, required for the automotive industry. The NST856MTWFT transistors are Pb-free, halogen-free/BFR-free, and RoHS compliant. These transistors operate at 65V collector-emitter voltage and 100mA continuous collector current. The NST856MTWFT transistors are ideal for low-power surface-mount applications.
