NIS3071/NIV3071 4-Channel eFuses

onsemi NIS3071/NIV3071 4-Channel eFuses are 8V to 60V, 10A eFuses (2.5A per channel), incorporating four independent channels in a 5mm x 6mm package. The devices provide protection to critical downstream (inductive, capacitive, and resistive) loads from output shorts, overloads, and overcurrent events on each channel independently. All outputs can be shorted together for a combined 10A load current under 48V, or the NIx3071 can be configured to drive four independent loads (2.5A per channel), from four independent power supplies. The flexibility enables the NIx3071 to be well-suited for industrial, server, cloud, and telecom applications with 12V, 24V, 36V, and 48V power requirements.
