NCP718 LDO Voltage Regulators

onsemi NCP718 LDO Voltage Regulators are 300mA LDO linear voltage regulators. These NCP718 regulators are very stable and accurate devices with ultra-low quiescent current consumption and a wide input voltage range (up to 24V). onsemi NCP718 LDO voltage regulators incorporate protection features like thermal shutdown and current limiting. These regulators operate at 2.5V to 24V operating voltage range. Typical applications include wireless chargers, portable equipment, and communication systems.

Wide Vin/Vout Low Dropout (LDO) Regulators

onsemi Wide VIN/VOUT Low Dropout (LDO) Regulators offer ultra-low quiescent current, fast transient response, and high input and output voltage ranges.
