MJD31C Bipolar Transistors

onsemi MJD31C Bipolar Transistors are NPN devices designed for general-purpose amplifiers and low-speed switching applications. These complementary power transistors that feature epoxy meet UL 94 V-0 @ 0.125" and lead formed for surface mount applications in plastic sleeves. The MJD31C transistors operate at -65°C to 150°C temperature range, 5VEB emitter-base voltage, and 3ADC continuous current. These bipolar transistors are typically housed in a DPAK (TO-252) package and are Pb-free and RoHS-compliant devices. The MJD31C NPN transistors are ideal for power management, load switches, linear voltage regulators, constant current drive backlighting, and motor drive circuits.
