1200V EliteSiC (Silicon Carbide) Schottky Diodes

onsemi 1200V EliteSiC (Silicon Carbide) Schottky Diodes provide superior switching performance and higher reliability to silicon-based devices. These SiC Schottky diodes feature no reverse recovery current, temperature-independent switching, and excellent thermal performance.
