LED Drivers

onsemi LED Drivers simplify design complexity and increase energy efficiency in limited PCB space. These LED drivers offer a total solution for mobile, low-power, and high-power designs. The LED drivers save time, lower system cost, and eliminate unnecessary components. On Semiconductor LED drivers employ topologies that offer industry-leading solutions for every power range. The LED drivers come with good efficiency, rugged reliability, and can be used separately or integrated with the driver.

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

FAN562x Linear LED Drivers

onsemi / Fairchild FAN562x Linear LED Drivers are two, four, and six-channel current-sink linear drivers. These LED drivers are available in FAN5622, FAN5624, and FAN5626 variants. The FAN562x features a single-wire digital interface that is used to backlight the main LCD displays or keypads in mobile electronics. These LED drivers provide high efficiency due to the low drop-out voltage of the LED drivers. The FAN5622, FAN5624, and FAN5626 are available in  6-pin super SOT23, 10-lead UMLP, and 10-lead MicroPak™ MLP packages, respectively.
