AEM10900 Solar Energy Harvesting Charger

e-peas AEM10900 Solar Energy Harvesting Battery Charger is a fully integrated charger that extracts DC power from solar cells to store energy in a rechargeable battery. This compact battery charger operates at 250mV input voltage and 5μW typical input power. The AEM10900 battery charger features I2C mode up to fast mode plus and periodic open-circuit voltage sensing for Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT). This battery charger extends battery lifetime and eliminates the primary energy storage in wireless applications. Typical applications include keyboards, electronic shelf labs, remote control units, wearable electronics, and smart sensors.
