ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.

SFH 40x3B IR Chip LEDs

ams OSRAM SFH 40x3B IR Chip LEDs are thin-film IR:6 chip technology, enhancing IR-based capabilities, such as AR/VR eye‑tracking systems. These chip LEDs save energy in power-critical systems and extend standby battery life. The SFH 4043B LEDs feature high robustness and increase radiant intensity by +50%, providing a bright, more homogeneous image in the target area. These LEDs operate at -40°C to 85°C temperature range. The SFH 40x3B IR chip LEDs are housed in a complete black package suitable for eye-tracking applications. These LEDs are ideal for AR/VR headsets, smart glasses, home and automation, and eye, face, and hand tracking.
