IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.

AS1170 High-Current LED/VCSEL Driver ICs

ams OSRAM AS1170 High-Current LED/VCSEL Driver ICs are high-efficiency DCDC step-up converters with two current sinks. The ams OSRAM AS1170 operates at a fixed frequency of 4MHz and features a soft startup for seamless integration into noise-sensitive RF systems. The device provides protection functions, including flash timeout, overvoltage, over-temperature, undervoltage, and short circuits. Controlled via an I2C interface, the AS1170 has an automatic shutdown if SCL=0 for 100ms, eliminating the need for an additional enable input. The driver's compact WL-CSP package measures only 2.25mm x 1.5mm x 0.6mm.
